1st Class Royal Mail: Web orders will be dispatched within 24hrs of receipt of payment, those orders placed before 3.30pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail 1st class and so should arrive within 1-5 working days. Although we do send all of our orders using the 1st class option we cannot guarantee a next day delivery as once it has left our premises it is in the hands of Royal Mail. Please do not contact our team until after the 5 working days, this allows them to focus on getting the orders out.
Missing or late parcels: Royal Mail say an order is not termed as lost for 15 days, but our policy is, if your order is undelivered after 5 working days please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01623 436738. Please note working days do not include weekends.
All of our items carry a 30 day guarantee, this is for faulty items only. If any of our products arrive faulty or damaged please return the item(s) within 7 days of arrival, also please email email@example.com to explain the faults.

If we cannot replace the item a refund will be made within 24hrs of the product being returned, all returns must be sent via recorded delivery.
Please be aware we do not offer replacements on any opened bottles of E- liquid/Oils/Creams due to a non preference of taste/Smell, for Health and Hygiene reasons. If you wish to return an unopened bottle for exchange please be aware you will be responsible for the return postage costs to us and the exchanged bottles return postage back to you.
